Thomas is a massage therapist who graduated with honors from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in 2011. He completed their Master Bodyworker Program and has since accumulated over 1,300 educational hours in various massage modalities.

He specializes in orthopedic-style massage therapy, which involves assessments, massage protocols, and exercise therapy. He aims to help his clients resolve their discomfort issues and restore their optimal body function.

He has trained in different modalities, such as:

He uses his knowledge and skills from these modalities to tailor his massage sessions to the individual needs of his clients. He also incorporates hot stones and cupping as tools to enhance the massage experience.

He enjoys working with his clients to find out the root cause of their discomfort and provide them with self-care tips and exercises. He also collaborates with other healthcare professionals from different fields and refers his clients to them when necessary.

He is passionate about learning new skills and techniques every year to improve his massage practice and help his clients achieve their wellness goals.
